About Our Staff:
Coach Jon Speers heads our coaching staff. Coach Speers is a former player for the
UNC Tar Heels and was a member of the 1991 National Championship Team. He brings 25 years of coaching experience
to WCLax, where in addition to heading-up our boys' programs, he teaches new players in our camps and clinics.
Doreen DiMento Farthing is our WCLax Administrator.
She works behind the scenes to make sure everything runs smoothly. She manages the website and the phones and the
